Our development partner Fraunhofer ILT presented new applications of our combi-heads Laserfact F2-X and Laserfact F2-Y on the LASER World of PHOTONICS in Munich from 23rd bis 26th May 2011. In view of the increasing demand for laser solutions in the energy sector and for E-mobility the combined cutting and welding of copper was accounted one of the highlights by the trade visitors.
Since more than 2 years the Laserfact combi-head F2-C cuts and welds coil ends in the hot dip galvanizing line FBA 7 of ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe in Bochum. Meanwhile, our system partner ThyssenKrupp Lasertechnik has successfully put into operation several facilities with our heads.
